These terms apply to this website and to booking requests made directly with Villa 4Eyes. By using the site or sending a request you agree to them.
Booking requests
- Sending the booking form is a request, not a confirmed reservation. Your stay is confirmed only when the hosts confirm it to you by WhatsApp, phone or email.
- No payment is taken through this website. The hosts will tell you how and when to pay when they confirm.
- Any cancellation terms for a direct booking will be agreed with you when the booking is confirmed.
- Bookings made through Booking.com or other platforms follow that platform's terms and the rate conditions you chose there.
Prices
Prices shown on this website are guide prices taken from published Booking.com rates on the date stated, for two adults with breakfast, before taxes and charges. Rates change with the season and demand. The price confirmed by the hosts for your dates is the one that applies.
House rules
- Check-in: 13:00 – 19:00
- Check-out: 11:00 – 12:00
- Children: Children of any age are welcome
- Cots and extra beds: Not available
- Pets: Not allowed
- Smoking: Not allowed
- Parties and events: Not allowed (including hen and stag parties)
Guests are asked to respect the neighbours and the wildlife along the river, and to keep noise down in the evenings.
